The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This role requires advanced clinical skills, keen critical thinking, and the ability to monitor complex medical equipment and administer life-saving treatments. The ICU RN collaborates closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, promote patient safety, and support families during critical moments.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year Critical Care experience required; two years preferred
• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
